1. Service
GorillaQuipster ATS ("the Service", "we") is an automated execution tool. It receives trading signals from a third-party provider (Meta Signals) and places corresponding orders on the user's exchange account per the user's configuration.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing the Service displays, automates, suggests, or backtests is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The Service executes trades per your configuration. All trading decisions, outcomes, and consequences are solely yours.
3. Trading risk
Leveraged cryptocurrency futures trading is high risk and can result in total loss of deployed capital and beyond. Past results — of any signal provider, of any strategy configuration, of any backtest run inside the Service — do not predict future performance. By using the Service you represent that you understand this risk and can bear losses up to and exceeding the funds you deploy.
4. Your responsibilities
- The legality of cryptocurrency trading in your jurisdiction.
- Your exchange API credentials, their permissions scope, and IP-allowlist.
- Maintaining margin, observing exchange limits, and responding to exchange-side liquidation events.
- Your strategy configuration — filters, sizing, leverage, exits, risk caps.
- Your independent Meta Signals subscription (separate from this Service).
- Tax reporting on realized PnL.
5. Our responsibilities
- Execution infrastructure on a reasonable-effort uptime basis.
- Encrypted-at-rest storage of your exchange credentials.
- Pause, cancel, configure-at-will controls.
- Transparent monthly pricing.
We make no warranty as to profit, uptime, signal quality, exchange continuity, regulatory continuity, or jurisdictional availability.
6. Fees and refunds
The subscription fee is disclosed at checkout and billed monthly via Stripe. We do not refund partial months. Cancel any time before your renewal date to prevent the next charge; access continues through the current billing period.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, exchange-side outages, signal-provider outages, exchange-account suspensions, or any indirect/consequential damages.
8. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment, violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, or legal/regulatory requirement. You may cancel at any time from Settings; cancellation stops bot execution and disables next-period billing.
